SUP is one of the most accessible water sports, many people quickly realize how stable the boards are and how you move yourself forward with a paddle. But there is more! Did you know that we give lessons every week and that there are various competitions that you can participate in?
You can join us for the beginners course, for the very first time on a SUP. We teach you everything about the material, the basic technique & especially to enjoy your time on the water.
For those who want to take the next step we have a technical course, here we dive into more detail about the paddle stroke, making turns, body position & you move from an all-round SUP to a touring SUP, a more sporty and faster SUPboard.
Are you looking for even more challenge? After these two courses you can join our weekly lessons, compare it to an outdoor workout. On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday we give lessons to a fanatic group of suppers, they challenge themselves and each other on the water and really see supping as a sport.
The center of Amersfoort has many narrow canals and is
less suitable for taking and giving SUP lessons. Our lessons are given in Amersfoort Vathorst, calm water, no boats and usually out of the wind! You can book the lessons with the "book now" button on our Lakeside SUP page.

SUP-Amersfoort has no fixed location.
We do have a regular boarding point at Gasthuislaan and in Amersfoort Vathorst. If desirable we also board elsewhere in the Amersfoort area, Nijkerk, Bunschoten, Leusden, Cothen, etc.
SUP Lesson Locations:
